"Happiness and Well-Being at Work" Webinar

Alongside the launch of the Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Empowerment of Teams and People, the School of Graduate Studies and Advanced Training of the Faculty of Humanities (FCH) will host a Webinar entitled "Happiness and Well-Being at Work".
Happiness at work is a topic that is raising interest all over the world. We spend a large part of our lives at work, and we would all like to feel pleasure, satisfaction, and well-being towards the organization we work for and towards the job we do. For this reason, more and more organizations are now taking on organizational happiness and well-being as a management strategy.
Taking place on June 16th, at 6pm, the webinar will be attended by Ana Porfírio, Human Resources Director of Jaba Recordati and Leonor Almeida, Professor at FCH-Católica and Researcher in Creativity and Leadership, and will be moderated by the post-graduation coordinators, Pedro Branco and Joana Carneiro Pinto.
In this Webinar the following questions will be debated:
- What is "being happy" at work?
- What are the factors that influence happiness at work? how can we promote happiness and well-being at work?
- What is the role of positive leadership in promoting happiness and well-being?
- What is the impact of actions to promote happiness and well-being at work?
