Time Management and Procrastination for High Leadership at T4EU

Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Transform4Europe are organizing a Time Management & Productivity Training for High Leadership members of the alliance’s universities, taking place online on 5 May 2025.
Hosted by trainer João Brás, this workshop is focused on time management and aims to navigate the importance of defining and communicating goals, define what are priorities and how to define them under each institutional culture.
This training will also review procrastination, time management tools and techniques, learning to recognize what we can control and what is out of our reach, but also when to say NO.

About the trainer

Graduated from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, João Brás is a visiting professor at Católica Porto Business School. The lecturer is a Coach and Mentor, certified by the ICF-International Coaching Federation as a PCC-Professional Certified Coach and certified by the EMCC – European Mentor & Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner. He also holds certifications in Team Effectiveness, Leadership and Assessments.
