In this workshop, we will discuss what to do when a panic attack occurs, whether it's happening to you or someone around you. We will share quick and practical strategies to help control the moment and minimize its impact. You’ll leave with useful tools to handle panic situations more calmly and effectively.

Even if this topic doesn’t seem very relevant to you, this workshop can still be useful—whether to take even better care of your mental health, prevent challenges, or help someone close to you. Don’t forget, that mental health concerns us all.
