Article resulting from a study on facilitating forgiveness in palliative care was highlighted by the Joanna Briggs Institute

The recently published article "Forgiveness facilitation in palliative care: a scoping review" was highlighted by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). This study, by master nurse Rita Santos Silva, was guided by Professor Sílvia Caldeira and integrated the Spirit in Health project of the Nursing Research Platform (Lisbon) of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Health.

In this study the positive effects of end-of-life forgiveness are highlighted and new paths and opportunities for future studies are suggested with the objective of developing and testing this nursing intervention in palliative care people and their families.
