Call for Papers | Congresso Internacional Em Português – Falar, Viver e Pensar no Século XXI

The Research Centre on Peoples and Cultures (CEPCEP) organizes, after the edition of a volume dedicated to the theme, on November 27 and 28, 2023, the "Congresso Internacional Em Português - Falar, Viver e Pensar no Século XXI" (International Conference in Portuguese - on Speaking, Living and Thinking in the 21st Century), which aims to reflect on speaking, living and thinking in the 21st century having as matrix the Portuguese-speaking cultures, in varied and different expressions.

The Congress, which will be held in a face-to-face and online format, intends to contribute to the diversification and complexification of themes such as the global language.

Researchers from all over the world are invited to submit papers for presentation and discussion at the Congress.
 

SUBMISSION CRITERIA
 

Proposals should be sent in the form of an abstract, between 300 and 500 words, in Portuguese, to the address cepcep@ucp.pt.

Exceptionally, non-Portuguese speaking researchers may submit abstracts in English. If the paper is accepted for presentation, in English, the author will have to send a version of the abstract in Portuguese.

The deadline for submissions is 30 April 2023.
