Universidade Católica Portuguesa has been offering the Integrated Master's Degree in Dental Medicine in Viseu for 24 years, and the Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences for 15 years.

As part of this celebration, which also marks the 5th anniversary of the Faculty of Dental Medicine, three fully refurbished spaces equipped with advanced technology were inaugurated and blessed on 6 December:

  • the Simulation Lab ½ - dedicated to pre-clinical teaching;
  • the Post Graduation Studio - UpGrad Our Brand - aimed at post-graduate teaching;
  • the ‘Science and Health - the Art of Detail’ Art Gallery, an exhibition space for scientific photography by students and professors.

It's been 24 years of a history marked by purpose, dedicated to teaching, building knowledge and working with and for the community, promoting health, serving Viseu and the world.

It was in an atmosphere of sharing and reflection that the faculty marked this journey, reflecting on its history and purposes.
