CRC-W launches a research study on teleworking and career management

The Faculdade de Ciências Humanas (FCH) of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in collaboration with the University of Valladolid, is carrying out a study on the nature, causes and consequences of the use of strategic career management behaviors in an Iberian sample of remote workers.

This is an innovative project on the international stage, developed by CRC-W (Católica Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing).

In this research, aspects such as the perception of control over professional goals, organisational support and levels of success and satisfaction are analysed in particular.

Take this questionnaire and contribute to the development of a career management explanatory model for Iberian teleworkers (aged over 18 years), with implications for the design of human resources development programmes in organisational contexts.
