CUBE researchers co-organize series of webinars on Digital Economy
With the face-to-face seminars paused in institutions around the world, a group of researchers focusing on Digital Economy, including Miguel Godinho de Matos and Christian Peukert from CATÓLICA-LISBON, got together to organize a series of webinars on the subject, open to everyone. The Virtual Digital Economy Seminar, or VIDE, started on April 9th and already has sessions scheduled until July 9th.
The presenters of these seminars come from institutions around the world, including MIT, Yale, New York University, Stanford or the London Business School and the topics covered range from machine learning to digital markets, from the impact of online criticism to the role of the Internet in the initial phase of the response to Covid-19.
The live-stream seminars, which take place on Thursday at 4pm in Lisbon, last one hour, including 15 minutes of discussion address among participants.
