Ethics Forum of Católica Porto Business School celebrates five years and adopts new format

Católica Porto Business School’s Ethics Forum, whose main objectives are to promote the exchange of experiences between organizations, to develop and support reflection on business ethics, to create knowledge in the field of Ethics in the Portuguese context and and to support organizations in the management of ethics, brings together those responsible for ethics in different companies and, as of now, has four sponsors: Ageas, Bial, Lipor and Super Bock Group.

As a result of this reformulation, Católica Porto Business School’s website now includes an area dedicated to the Ethics Forum, where news is gathered and available for public consultation, a bibliography of resources (books, studies, articles, films and websites) and information on the results of studies produced by the Forum itself or supported by it, such as Ethics at Work, developed in partnership with IBE and which this year will have a new edition.

After each session of the Forum, a synthesis article of the reflection on the chosen topic is also produced. The first session of this year focused on equity in the workplace, the results of which we disclose here: Where is Equity?
