Project "Capacitar para Proteger" debuts on International Nurse Day

The Project "Capacitar para Proteger" gave its first training to 24 professionals from Lar Santa Catarina de Labouré in Campo Grande.

The training on adequate procedures to prevent the transmission of infection in general and the transmission of infection by coronavirus in particular, took place at a distance, through the ZOOM platform, and was transmitted to the direct action helpers who were in the auditorium of the institution, respecting the appropriate security measures.

The trainers, final year students of the Nursing Degree Course and teachers, approached several topics, namely: Hand Hygiene, Personal Protection Equipment, Work Environment and how to be Professional. The direct action helpers also had the opportunity to ask their questions and clarify their doubts after the training.

The Project "Capacity Building to Protect" has already begun to be disseminated by the partner institutions.
