Register as a volunteer for the Food Bank Campaign
Universidade Católica Portuguesa is once again joining the Banco Alimentar Collection Campaign (Food Bank), of which it is a partner, and will be taking part in the food collection on 25 and 26 May.
Over the two days, volunteers from the Catholic University will be at the Continente Hypermarket in the Colombo Shopping Center collecting food to support Portuguese families in need.
The organization has requested more volunteers, especially for the following shifts:
Saturday, May 25: 8am to 11am | 5pm to 8pm | 8pm to 11pm
Sunday, May 26th: 8am to 11am | 11am to 2pm | 2pm to 5pm | 5pm to 8pm | 8pm to 11pm

Católica's Solidarity Christmas Campaign mobilises more than 300 volunteers
Universidade Católica Portuguesa organised the Christmas Solidarity Campaign "The Joy of Giving", involving 300 volunteers at its headquarters and at its three campuses in Porto, Braga and Viseu. The initiative benefited 44 social organisations and included actions such as collecting goods, volunteer events and support for needy families. Find out more.
