Study on the attention to religious and spiritual diversity published by a professor of the School of Nursing

In the World Interfaith Harmony Week, proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations in 2010, an article co-authored by Professor Silvia Caldeira, professor at the Instituto de Ciências da Saúde (Lisbon), with researchers from Ireland and Canada, was published in the journal Nursing Ethics, with an impact factor of 2.597.

The article "Supporting diversity in person-centred care: The role of healthcare chaplains" refers to a qualitative study, with hospital chaplains, to understand the significance of their experience in support in the context of religious and spiritual diversity and in coordination with health professionals, particularly nurses.
