UCP4SUCCESS Launches II Cycle of Webinars for Students: “Uncomplicating University and Building a Career Path”
UCP4SUCCESS has launched the 2nd Cycle of Webinars “Uncomplicating University”, designed especially for students attending higher education for the first time.
This 2nd Cycle aims to create an opportunity for students to reflect on the career path they are building, taking into account the importance of their life history and academic experiences in developing essential skills. A reflection designed not only for later entry into the job market, but also for reconciling life roles and achieving personal and professional goals in the future.
Starting on February 26 with the theme “How is my career path enriched at university?”, the first webinar will feature Íris Martins Oliveira and Ângela Sá Azevedo, lecturers at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Universdade Católica Portuguesa
“Higher education is just one stage of a career path. By reflecting on our life stories, the reasons that led us to choose a higher education course and our ambitions, we can take advantage of the opportunities that higher education offers to continue developing skills and building a career path with meaning and personal value,” the lecturers point out.
The next sessions will take place on March 19 on the theme of “Developing skills for the future” and on April 9 on “Discovering my potential”. All the sessions will be online, starting at 4pm and lasting one hour.
