Zaida Charepe Launches Children's Work About Hope on Universal Children's Rights Day
On Universal Children's Rights Day, celebrated on 20 November, Zaida Charepe, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing and the School of Nursing (Lisbon) of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, published her latest work, entitled ‘Ó Esperança, Estás Aí?’.
This book, particularly aimed at children aged 6 to 10, reinforces the efforts of the team of researchers that coordinates the ‘Hope2Care’ project of the Nursing Research Platform of the UCP Centre for Interdisciplinary Health Research (CIIS-UCP) to make research results in the area of Hope in Healthcare available to the community.
Under the pretext that ‘All Children Have the Right to Hope’, the story told in the book captures the magic of childhood, the constant search for hope and the importance of finding joy in the simplest and most difficult moments of life.
