Open Day of the Undergraduate Programs at the School of Arts | 2025

The School of Arts will promote an Open Day on its Degrees: Cinema, Sound and Image, Art, Conservation and Restoration. In this session, high school students will have the opportunity to ask questions about professional opportunities, the curriculum, and participate in experimental activities in their respective majors.

Degree in Art, Conservation and Restoration
Title: Diving into the Paint: drawings on metallic nibs, cane, and bird feathers.
Description: At the end of the 18th century, metal tips began to overthrow cane and bird feather nibs. The three drawing and calligraphy instruments share an identical problem: ink supply. It's certain that some types of metal nibs indeed have a small reservoir, thus reducing the frequency of ink filling. However, generally speaking, they all dipped into a container containing ink - the inkwell.

Title: Introduction to the practice of cinema
Description: Divided into small groups, participants will have the opportunity to film a cinematic scene, allowing them to both record and act in front of the camera.

Degree in Sound and Image
Title: SOUND, LIGHT, CAMERA, ACTION: TV Show
Description: The challenge is to create, as a team, a TV program with professional equipment in a Television Studio. To do this, participants will have to understand the various associated functions, learn and experiment with different techniques, as well as develop their creative and artistic capacity.
