Webinar "People Management: Strategy and Leadership"

Along with the launch of the Post-Graduate Course in Organizational Development and Training of Teams and People, the School of Post-Graduate and Advanced Training of the Faculdade de Ciências Humanas will hold two webinars that will count with the presence of successful professionals.

In an increasingly dynamic organizational context where "human assets" are increasingly independent and unpredictable, the development of a People Management strategy aligned with the business strategy, based on a people-oriented organizational culture and focused on results through strong and positive leadership, will be essential.
