New law students at Católica will "learn to think for the future"
Eager for classes to begin, the students are getting to know their professors and how the course functions during the welcoming activities organised by the faculty. "The main thing you'll take away from four years at university is learning to think in the present for the future," explains the Faculty's Director, Ana Taveira da Fonseca, at the welcoming ceremony. Conductor of the Católica Choir since 2008, Sérgio Peixoto has been passionate about music since childhood. Twelve years ago, he helped found the Mãos que Cantam (Hands that Sing) project - a choir of deaf people that will now perform at World Youth Day for the first time in its history.
