In this two-session workshop, you will better understand anxiety, a feeling we all experience at some point, and performance anxiety, a topic especially relevant for university students.

The Welcome Days take place at the beginning of each semester and students can take part in informative meetings as well as social events.

With the Welcome Days we would like to welcome all new students from abroad and facilitate a successful start of their studies. 

Students are introduced to the University and the city of Porto and provided with all the information needed to ensure a great and fruitful stay at Universidade Católica.

We usually organize 3 days with some events and initiatives:

1st day - @ the university (presentation, group activity and cocktail)
2nd day - @ the city (boat trip and Porto wine cellars visit)
3rd day – @ teaming up (surf class)
