Yes, you can participate only in the workshops that interest you, even if you attend just one.

The workshops will be in person.

At the headquarters in Lisbon and on Porto Campus, students will be able to choose between different times, depending on the workshop session.

Only one time slot will be available at the Viseu Campus.

Yes, there will be two types of certificates:

• Participation Certificate per workshop – a certificate of attendance for each workshop the student attends.
• Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Certificate – a certificate of competency awarded upon participation in 3 sessions from 3 different workshops.

This Curricular Unit aims to develop a variety of soft skills that will contribute to a better adaptation to higher education.

No. This Curricular Unit is only for first-year undergraduate students / first-year Integrated Master’s students.

Yes, this Curricular Unit will be available at the headquarters in Lisbon and all campi: Porto, Braga, and Viseu.

This Curricular Unit will have a trial period in which it will be implemented only in certain courses.
